Why have I not received my order confirmation email?

Don't forget to check your junk or spam folders in your email, if you still can't find your order confirmation email please contact us on sleepluxebeds@gmail.com or call us on 01924 695 700.

Can I return my product after delivery?

Yes, we accept returns on orders within 14 days of receiving the delivery as long as items are unused & unopened, a collection fee will be charged to cover costs. Should you need to return your product please contact our customer service team onsleepluxebeds@gmail.com  for help with this.

What do I do if my goods arrive damaged?

In the unlikely event of your item(s) arriving damaged, please contact our customer service team at sleepluxebeds@gmail.com  thin 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Who will be delivering my order?

We have dedicated team of independent couriers who will delivery your products.

How do I place a large order for my business?

We have a dedicated team who specialise in dealing with large orders for businesses, please call our trade team a call on 01924 695 700 who will happily help with your requirements.

Do your products come with a guarantee?

Sleepluxebeds will cover all products with a 12 months guarantee for any manufacturing defects.

Where are your products made?

All of our mattresses, divans and headboards are made in our own factory in West Yorkshire.

Can I supply my own fabric to you for my new bed?

Yes, you’re welcome to send in your own fabric for us to upholster your new bed or headboard in.

Will my mattress fit on your bed?

All our beds and mattresses are made in standard UK sizes.

Can I get some fabric samples?

Yes, we can send up for four fabric swatches in the post with no charge.

How can I pay?

We offer three methods of payment:

1 - Credit/debit card

2 - PayPal

3 - Cash on delivery

Are your product compliant with UK regulations?

Yes, all our beds and mattresses comply with UK regulations and conform with UK Fire Regulations BS7177.

Our products and fabrics are tested frequently for compliance and we only work with accredited and certified suppliers across the world.

Can I have my bed made in a custom size?

Most of our products can be altered from the standard sizes which come with a small fee, please contact our customer service team for more information about this on sleepluxebeds@gmail.com 

Do you offer finance?

We don’t offer finance options.

Can I postpone the delivery of my order?

Yes, just leave a note in the “comments” section at checkout with your preferred date of delivery.

Is there a cost for delivery?

No, we offer a free delivery service to Mainland UK.

Do you deliver to Ireland & Northern Ireland or to any offshore Islands?

Yes! We deliver to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland & Isle of Wight

Will you assemble my new bed?

Yes we are able to offer an assembly service at a cost of £40.
